The Dragon

The Dragon merges my love of interior design with painting, creating a dialogue between form, space and symbolism. At its centre is a blue and white vessel decorated with a dragon, a motif that holds personal resonance as I was born in 1988, the Year of the Dragon. The vessel becomes a metaphor for my own role as an artist: a container, a conduit, a place through which beauty and meaning can flow. Just as the dragon signifies strength, vitality and transformation, this work reflects my sense of being both grounded in material form and open to the unseen forces that shape creativity.
